20 Weeks!

Here is a new pic from Thanksgiving of me at 20 weeks. Getting big!!

It's a girl!

Confirmed this morning that a new baby girl will be joining us in April!! Everything looks good for Mom and baby so far! We wish every one a very Happy Thanksgiving, and a very Merry Christmas!!

18 Weeks

So here I am at 18 weeks... not looking my finest on a Sunday afternoon after a busy day of yard and housework, but thought I would share my growing belly bump with you all. Please ignore the devil like red-eye!!

Due in April!

John and I are happy to announce that we are expecting a new addition to the family in April 2010! I am early into my second trimester and feeling good. Baby's first picture is below and was taken at about 12 and 1/2 weeks. I will continue to post updates as I have them on this site. Hope everyone is doing well!

Chicago with Daddy

My Dad and I spent a few days in Chicago this past July. We had great weather and really enjoyed visitng this beautfiul city and spending some quality time together!

Roberta & Colin Visit

Roberta and her 8 month old little boy Colin came to visit us this past weekend!! We loved having them, and Colin especially loved picking grass at the park!!

High School

Yes it's that time.... Mackenzie will be starting High School in just a few weeks!! She will be in the high school marching band, which here in Michigan is a VERY big deal. Here are some photos of her in the uniform!

San Francisco

Mackenzie and I went to San Francisco for a few days over her spring break. We had a great time, and even had a chance to take a Segway tour and have the pictures to prove it! For those of you who know how klutzy I am, I managed to do just fine and didn't fall once!

Our first tour was on an old motorized cable car that took us over the Golden Gate bridge, and through the city...

We stopped at a park with fantastic views of the bridge and the bay...

Day 2 we took a tour of Alcatraz, saw Grease the musical, and went shopping in Union Square. Here is Mackenzie in a solitary confinement cell at Alcatraz...

Day 3 we rode the real cable car and took our Segway tour! This was by far the highlight of the trip, and I would recommend trying one if you ever get the chance. If I can do it, anyone can!

Our final cable car ride...
